Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise daily facility operations, delegate tasks, and guide teams while ensuring policies and safety standards are followed. The role covers coordinating schedules, training new hires, and maintaining quality across assigned buildings.

Responsibilities include overseeing cleaning operations, managing access keys, and reporting issues. Ideal candidates have 1 year of supervisory or customer-service experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• Preferred: 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience.
• Preferred: Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Report damaged, broken and out of work features/items.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests in assigned building.
• Train new hires in onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for employees.
