Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to oversee janitorial operations at a designated site, ensuring policies and procedures are followed and quality standards are met. The role involves delegating tasks, guiding team members, managing daily schedules, coordinating communications with clients, and maintaining safe, clean facilities during the 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM shift.

Experience in supervisory roles is preferred and a valid driver's license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• Preferred: 1 year of similar work experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Follow assigned work schedules and report barriers.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Monitor client communications and document issues.
• Train new hires according to onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for employees.
