Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to oversee daily facility operations at our Arkansas location. You will delegate tasks, supervise staff, and ensure safety and policy adherence, with shifts 3:30pm-12:00am, Monday through Friday, and pay of $19 per hour.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on supervision of cleaning operations, with a focus on maintaining high standards across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or college degree not required
• 1 year of similar work experience
• 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
• Take care of keys and access cards for the property
• Oversee and perform additional service requests in assigned building
• Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with Area Manager
