Clean Team, Inc. in Akron, OH is seeking an evening team lead to support our Cleveland/Akron-area operations. The role combines supervising the cleaning crew with hands-on cleaning duties, quality checks, and daily shift coordination.

Openings: 2. Schedule: Monday-Friday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM. You will communicate needs, train new staff, review site checklists, and ensure tasks are completed to standard. Authorization to work in the United States required.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning and ability to guide coworkers.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform active work during the shift.

• Ability to work respectfully with teammates and site personnel
• Reliable transportation to the assigned work location or locations
• Authorization to work in the United States
