Clean Team is seeking an evening Team Lead for the Akron area to support our Cleveland/Akron-area operations. You will work with the cleaning crew to ensure consistent service quality and safety, while coordinating daily assignments within the Akron service area.

Ideal candidates have prior commercial cleaning experience and strong attendance, with the ability to guide coworkers, follow instructions, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
• Punctuality and dependable attendance are required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach during shift.
• Ability to work respectfully with teammates and site personnel.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned cleaning duties and help teammates when needed.
• Review daily work assignments and site-specific checklists.
• Help train new employees on cleaning methods and safety practices.
• Check completed areas for quality and follow up on missed tasks.
• Communicate supply needs, staffing issues, and maintenance concerns.
• Support safe use and proper storage of cleaning equipment.
• Help ensure assigned areas are secured according to site instructions.
