Job summary

Clean Team is seeking an evening floater in the Akron area to support Cleveland/Akron-area operations. Floater positions require flexibility to work at different buildings, with assignments possibly at multiple locations within the designated service area.

Strong communication and reliability are essential to provide dependable service. The role involves traveling between sites, covering open shifts, following site cleaning checklists, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for the facilities

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Travel between assigned customer sites as scheduled.
• Cover open shifts and help teams complete cleaning assignments.
• Follow each location’s cleaning checklist and safety requirements.
• Clean restrooms, offices, floors, entrances, and common spaces.
• Notify the supervisor about access problems or supply shortages.
• Use approved chemicals and equipment according to safety instructions.
• Communicate availability and changes in assignment promptly.

You may work at different buildings rather than reporting to the same site each shift. Flexibility, dependable transportation, and comfort adapting to different cleaning routines are important. Assignments may involve more than one location within the designated service area; exact reporting details will be confirmed during the hiring process. What You’ll Do
