Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative in New Jersey to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. The role includes performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Shifts are Mon-Fri 3pm-11:30pm (plus one Saturday). A driver’s license may be required, and bilingual abilities are a plus. Compensation is $17.00–$18.00 per hour with standard SBM benefits.

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; 3-6 months training or experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for this position; ensure MVR is acceptable.
• Complete safety and task training certification; forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual ability is a plus and may benefit customer interactions.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals and safe handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as scheduled.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, procedures and company rules.
• Work as part of a team and support shift lead.
