Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Part Time Cleaner for the 3rd shift to perform interior cleaning of the building, including waste removal, vacuuming, dusting, restrooms, and occasional exterior cleaning.

The role may include minor maintenance tasks and requires adherence to safety protocols. Hours are evenings/weekends on call, with compensation ranging from $12.75 to $15.00 per hour and benefits as applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• Some related experience.
• Must be willing to work evenings or weekends (on call).
• Practice the necessary safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Daily interior cleaning of the building including waste receptacles, vacuuming, dusting, restrooms, and floors.
• May perform exterior cleaning and basic maintenance of exterior walls, windows, parking lots, and walkways.
• Assist with minor maintenance and repair work (lighting, fixtures, plumbing).
• Follow safety protocols and report issues to supervision.
• Operate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
