Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Cleaner for the 3rd shift in Raleigh, NC. The role involves daily interior cleaning, including waste removal, vacuuming, dusting, restroom replenishment, and general upkeep across building interiors.

Duties may extend to exterior cleaning and basic maintenance, with opportunities to assist with lawn care, inventory, and minor repairs. Safety protocols must be followed and proper use of cleaning tools is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Some cleaning experience is beneficial.
• Must be willing to work evenings or weekends (on call)
• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Reliable, thorough, observant and courteous with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Daily interior cleaning of the building including waste removal, vacuuming, dusting and restroom upkeep.
• May assist with exterior cleaning and basic maintenance as needed.
• Assist with inventory control and supply ordering; snow removal and tenant moves as required.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and chemicals properly.
• Notify management of spills, safety issues, or required repairs.
