Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner for an evening shift in Florida. The role pays $15.00 per hour, with four hours per evening from Monday through Friday.

Training is provided, and you will be an essential frontline worker contributing to sanitation and safety across client sites. Responsibilities include cleaning, disinfecting, trash removal, restocking supplies, and reporting any repairs or safety concerns.

Qualifications

• No janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing and safety guidelines.
• Wear provided PPE (4M apparel and PPE) as required by OSHA.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect using 4M practices with green-sealed supplies.
• Wipe surfaces including counters, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Report repairs, leaks, and safety issues to management.
• Be the friendly, reliable face of 4M for clients.
