Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking a General Cleaner to support facility cleaning and disinfecting using green-sealed products. Training is provided, no prior janitorial experience is required, and you will be the friendly face of the team.

Shifts run 6:30pm–10:30pm, seven days a week, with an hourly rate of $15.50. Benefits include medical, dental/vision, 401k, and daily pay options for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• No janitorial experience required. We train you in our best practices.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation is needed.

Responsibilities

• Tackle a variety of cleaning duties per 4M training.
• Wipe down surfaces and maintain restrooms and common areas.
• Remove trash and replenish supplies (towels, soap, toilet paper).
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum to keep facilities clean.
• Report repairs or leaks to supervisor.
