Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a part-time General Cleaner for evening shifts in the Jacksonville, FL area. You will be trained in our cleaning and disinfecting practices and will serve as the friendly face of the team, ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work a rotating schedule, including travel to Downtown, Airport, and Bay Meadows areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Valid Driver's License and clean MVR.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• The team member must wear provided 4M apparel and PPE when necessary, in accordance with OSHA requirements.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule and travel, including Downtown, Airport and Bay Meadows/Phillips Highway area.

Responsibilities

• Be trained in 4M's cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
