Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking a General Cleaner for an evening shift in Florida. The role offers hourly pay of $15.50 for approximately 1.5 hours per evening after 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

You will be trained in state-of-the-art cleaning practices and act as the friendly face of the company. Ideal candidates have some janitorial experience, are at least 18, and will pass drug and background screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Reliable transportation.
• Wear provided 4M apparel and PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M; reliable, courteous, resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum; report repairs, leaks, or drips as noticed.
