Job summary

Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring housekeepers for a clinical setting in Kansas City. The role covers cleaning duties and requires weekend work with a 7:00PM–11:00PM weekday shift and a 1:00PM–5:00PM Saturday shift.

Wage is $16 per hour plus a $250 sign-on bonus after four months. Candidates should have reliable transportation, strong attendance, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and stamina to stand and walk during the shift.

• Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash containers
• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required
