Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring housekeepers in a professional setting in Olathe, KS. This full-time position offers a wage of $16 per hour with a $250 sign-on bonus after 4 months of employment.

Shifts run from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Duties include cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, dusting and mopping, and maintaining orderly facilities. Strong reliability and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors

• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required
