Job summary

Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring cleaners for a food production setting. Wage: $20/hr with a $250 sign-on bonus after 4 months of employment.

Shift: 4 hrs Saturday and Sunday at the site. Responsibilities include emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming carpeted floors, dusting and mopping hard floors, cleaning fixtures, and maintaining storage areas. Applicants should have reliable transportation, a professional appearance, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for the duration

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash containers
• Clean bathrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted floors
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors
• Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Notify supervisor of any problems
• Perform other janitorial duties as required
