Clean Team Inc. in Bay City, MI is seeking a Nighttime Commercial Custodian to work Mondays through Fridays starting at 6pm. This part-time custodial position keeps client facilities clean, safe, and welcoming in a calm, independent work environment.

Paid training is provided, with no weekend work and a consistent schedule. Reliable transportation to the Bay City site is required, and you should be able to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs, and manage time effectively as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs for a 4-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Sanitizing & Disinfecting: Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and countertops.
• Floor care maintenance: Vacuum carpeted areas, sweep tile or hardwood surfaces, and mop hard flooring.
• Waste & Recycling removal: Empty trash cans and recycling bins, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal locations.
• Stocking & Inventory: Maintain adequate stock of essential paper products, hand soap, and hand sanitizer in all restrooms and break stations, reporting low stock to supervisor.
• Safety & Quality Standards: Adhere to company safety standards, cleaning procedures, and chemical handling guidelines.

As an essential member of our team, you will ensure local business facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming. Your daily tasks will include:
