Primary Duties & Responsibilities

As a core member of our environmental services team, your daily routine will include a variety of sanitization and maintenance tasks designed to keep facilities pristine:

Surface Sanitization: Dusting, wiping down, and disinfecting high-touch areas such as desks, countertops, handles, and office equipment.

Floor Care Maintenance: Sweeping, dry-mopping, and damp-mopping hard surfaces, as well as thoroughly vacuuming carpeted workflows and entryways.

Restroom Remediation: Thoroughly washing and disinfecting toilets, urinals, sinks, and mirrors while replenishing essential paper goods and soap dispensers.

Waste Management: Gathering and emptying all interior trash and recycling bins, replacing liners, and transporting waste to designated outdoor dumpsters.

Common Area Upkeep: Refreshing breakrooms, kitchenettes, and lobbies to ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors the following day.

Facility Security: Adhering strictly to lock-up protocols, which include turning off designated lighting, securing windows, and setting building alarms upon departure.
