Prior custodial experience is not required as we provide hands-on training; reliable transportation is needed for commuting to sites. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently to keep commercial facilities

Key Daily Responsibilities

As an essential part of our facility services team, you will keep designated commercial sites clean, healthy, and inviting. Your primary tasks each night will include:

Disinfection & Hygiene: Thoroughly sanitize and clean restrooms, break areas, and frequently touched surfaces across the facility.

Surface & Floor Maintenance: Dust fixtures, sweep, mop hard flooring, and complete detailed vacuuming in office spaces.

Waste Handling: Empty trash containers and recycling units, replace liners, and keep disposal areas orderly.

Facility Supplies: Routinely check and restock essential amenities, such as soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Communication & Maintenance: Track supply inventories and immediately notify your site leader of any building repairs needed.

What You Need to Succeed

Previous janitorial or custodial experience is not required! We place high value on dependability, a solid work ethic, and a positive mindset. We supply all the hands-on instruction needed to ensure your success.

Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.

Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to commute to assigned accounts in Saginaw.

Skillset: Strong attention to detail, good time management, and the ability to work independently without close supervision.

Physical Capability: Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and handling light lifting throughout your scheduled shift.
