Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the House Church Child Care program to improve quality.
• Plan activity schedules and prepare classrooms and supplies for each night.
• Manage check-in and payments from participating families.
• Create staff schedules and supervise child care workers and night leads.
• Support on-call staffing and respond to staffing needs as they arise.
• Meet regularly with the Children’s Pastor and attend bi-weekly staff meetings.
