Job summary

The Church of Eleven22® is seeking a part-time Childcare Campus Coordinator in Jacksonville. You will manage childcare supplies, assign staff to rooms for Thursday/Sunday events, and help maintain a safe, welcoming space for children and families.

The role includes training new staff and coordinating with the Campus Kids Minister to support worship depth. The position requires 18+ years old, 3+ years of childcare experience, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• 3+ years of childcare experience and CPR/First Aid certification (can be scheduled on hire).
• National background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory of childcare supplies and notify when items are needed.
• Assign team members to rooms for events and ensure coverage.
• Perform light laundry weekly and maintain space cleanliness.
• Discipline and develop childcare team through huddles, prayer, and one-on-ones.
• Collaborate with Campus Kids Minister to fill gaps in worship service depth charts.
• Train new staff on hire date and adhere to policies and chain of command.
