Qualifications

• Active CMT certification required.
• Minimum of two (2) years supervised experience in a health care setting as a Certified Medical Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine vital sign and weight assessments and document per protocol.
• Perform initial intake interviews for new admissions collecting demographic and medical information.
• Communicate all information to licensed nursing personnel.
• Supervise clients who self-administer medications and document in logs.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and reorders as needed.
• Assemble medical charts and maintain health-related forms.
• Audit medical records monthly for compliance.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and complete related paperwork.
• Triage client health complaints and communicate with nursing staff.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certification and provide care when needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
