Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CMT certification required.
• Minimum of two years supervised experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine vital sign and weight assessments and document per protocol.
• Under direction, conduct initial intake interviews on new admissions and collect demographic data.
• Communicate information to licensed nursing personnel.
• Provide supervision to clients who self-administer medications and document activity.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and assemble medical charts as needed.
• Audit medical records monthly and assist in scheduling appointments with health care providers.
• Triage health complaints with nursing staff and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
