Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (Required).
• Must be at least 18 years old (Required).
• Registered as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Required).
• Good communication skills; ability to gather and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, prepares and compounds a wide range of therapies and labels products for distribution.
• Prepares IV medications using appropriate equipment and supplies.
• Documents distribution of medication for proper use and reimbursement per policy.
• Participates in process improvement and training activities as needed.
