Job summary

OhioHealth in Pickerington, OH is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician for an evening, full-time role in Infusion Therapy. You will interpret orders, prepare and label medications, and support distribution and stocking to ensure safe patient care.

Under pharmacist supervision, you will handle compounding, documentation and medication preparation while maintaining compliance with Ohio Board standards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with Ohio Board of Pharmacy
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and data interpretation skills
• Knowledge of compounding, pharmacy math, hospital operations
• Detail-oriented and able to work in an interdisciplinary team
• Adaptable and able to follow procedures and instructions

Responsibilities

• Prepare/compound a comprehensive range of therapies and label products
• Distribute medications and manage dispensing processes
• Order, receive, stock medications and participate in process improvement
• Assist in new associate training and metrics monitoring
• Engage in safety, quality and efficiency improvements
• Support department policies and patient-centered care
