Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Central Services Technician in Seattle to handle decontamination, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instrumentation, and to assemble case carts for procedures on evenings. You will use an automated Instrument Tracking System, work with the Materials Coordinator to par and replenish soft supplies, and ensure accurate documentation of sterility and supply levels.

Weekend coverage may be required and some overtime may occur.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal Central Services Technician course.
• 1 year related experience in Sterile Processing/Central Services preferred.
• Materials management and/or supply chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instrumentation.
• Assemble and deliver surgical and interventional case carts.
• Par and replenish materials; receive and distribute Central Services supplies.
