Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• 3 months on-the-job training to fulfill introductory period.
• 6 months experience to be eligible for certified operator status.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds consistently.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Access to export-controlled items; eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• 2nd Shift works Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm.
• Wand onto the shop floor data system for labor.
• Read and follow product criteria, activity instructions, and elements.
• Follow safety precautions as spelled out in the Activity Instruction.
• Use equipment/tools (Press, Pill Heater, Belt Sander, CNC Machines, etc.).
• Form and finish cores per Activity instruction and product criteria.
• Inspect cores for visual and dimensional quality; load/unload anneal bake oven when required.
• Maintain clean work area and perform TPM per schedule.
