Job summary

Lott Gaming Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Cashier/Floor Attendant to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced gaming environment. You’ll engage with guests, handle transactions, verify ages, and ensure compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include cash handling, basic machine maintenance (paper/ink, resets), keeping the floor and restrooms clean, and supporting team members. A flexible schedule and a friendly, neat appearance are important.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Strong customer service, math and counting skills.

• Previous cash handling experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with high levels of service and satisfaction at all times.
• Verify age of customer and serve beverages.
• Handle money - cash customer tickets and change money.
• Responsible for basic machine maintenance including changing paper or ink and resetting information.
• Maintain store cleanliness and complete other general cleaning duties such as removing trash, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, vacuuming and mopping floors.
