This role involves providing individual and group counseling, developing treatment plans, coordinating referrals, and advocating for family resources. A valid driver’s license and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in social work, psychology or related field.
• Active driver's license in good standing and clean record.
• Pre-employment drug screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling and support.
• Provide activities to address daily living skills.
• Provide recreational and socialization activities.
• Provide services to families such as referral, advocacy, and service linkages.
• Participate in the development and review of treatment plans and assessments.
• Assist youth with self-care and participate in case conferences.
• Maintain clinical documentation and coordinate referrals.
