Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - O'ahu is seeking warm, dependable Nurse Aides (NAs) and CNAs to help seniors stay independent and safe in their own homes on O'ahu. Join a caring, inclusive team with strong support from day one.

You'll assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, and medication reminders, while providing companionship and monitoring changes in health. Flexible hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth await.

Qualifications

• Holds a current NA or CNA certification in Hawaii.
• Heart for helping others; senior care experience is a plus, not required.
• Must communicate clearly and work well solo or in a team.
• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with hands-on lifting and mobility support.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and a friendly, supportive presence.
• Notice health or mood changes and communicate with the care team.
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare professionals on each client's care.
• Drive clients to appointments, errands, and island activities.
