Westmont Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for the PM shift at Westmont of Encinitas, a senior living community. The role focuses on assisting residents with ADL tasks, meal service, and maintaining a safe, homelike environment.

Qualifications

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks and daily living activities.
• Observing residents for safety and reporting changes in condition.
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, making beds, and serving meals.
• Assist with personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing, transfers and ambulation as per resident plan.
• Keep environment safe and clean and report any safety concerns or changes to supervisor.
