MBK Senior Living is hiring a Health Services Caregiver for the 2PM-10:30PM shift in Corona, CA. The role supports residents with daily living activities, meals, and wellness programs within MBK’s commitment to high-quality care.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility support, transport, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Applicants should meet state requirements, hold First Aid/CPR, and strive for compassionate, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications preferred if required by state.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Review ISP and shift reports to execute assignments.
• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals.
• Provide safe transportation and transfers with proper technique.
• Perform safety checks and report changes in residents' condition.
• Assist with meals: selecting, serving, and clearing trays as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and complete housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Manage oxygen equipment as prescribed; follow safety procedures.
• Follow policies, ensure HIPAA compliance, and support teamwork.

Education

High school diploma or GED

First Aid & CPR Certification

Medication Management Certification

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) preferred

Food Handler’s Card preferred
