Qualifications

• Successful completion of medication assistance training in compliance with state requirements.
• Up-to-date medication certification requirements as per state regulations.
• Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents per state regulations.
• Observes residents, notes effects, and documents in medication administration records.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and supports resident independence and dignity.
