Qualifications

• Must have completed medication assistance training per state and facility rules.
• Maintain up-to-date medication certification as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and documents administration records.
• Observes and reports resident responses and adverse effects.
• Supports activities of daily living and preserves resident dignity.
• Communicates concerns with Wellness Director or designated personnel.
