Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC is seeking PMShift Care/Medication Technicians for Lakehouse New Holstein. Full-time and part-time shifts are available. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support in a home-like setting, including meal service, hygiene assistance, and daily activities.

You will assist with medications, document accurately, restock supplies, and participate in service plan updates while maintaining strict confidentiality and resident safety.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care Giver duties: monitor residents, check on them, assist with daily living activities, maintain room cleanliness, assist with meals, and support activities.
• Medication Tech duties: observe and assist with medications, document administration, restock carts, count narcotics, maintain med room and charts, and participate in service plan updates.
• Support and safety: follow infection control standards, report changes to nurses, assist with transfers and mobility, and greet clients and visitors.
