Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caregiver in Cloquet, MN to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings. Evening shifts are available, with full-time hours and benefits.

You’ll help with personal hygiene, daily activities, and participation in community activities while building trusting relationships with participants.

Minimum education is a high school diploma and six months in human services; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with development goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition).
• Build meaningful relationships and provide compassionate, patient care.
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to meet participants’ needs.
