Sevita is seeking a compassionate caregiver to join REM Community Services in Duluth, MN. This full-time hourly role offers health coverage and a 401(k) with a company match. The pay rate is $17.64 per hour with evening and weekend hours as listed.

You will help people with daily living, personal hygiene, and participate in community activities while supporting personal goals in nutrition, exercise, and budgeting. Build meaningful relationships and contribute to a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities as needed.
• Support participants in community activities and independent living goals.
• Help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while promoting safety.
