Job summary

Ivy Park at Pleasanton, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is a premier senior living community in Pleasanton offering meaningful lifestyles and five-star services. We seek compassionate Care Providers to assist residents with daily living, promoting independence and dignity, in a supportive team environment.

Shifts are 2pm–10pm with a pay range of $18/hr–$19.50/hr, DOE. We provide robust benefits and opportunities for career growth across our California, Hawaii, Colorado, and Nevada

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in ADLs per care plan including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs with dignity and safety.
• Report changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with colleagues across departments.
