IVY PARK AT SALINAS, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a dedicated Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and support independence.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, timely communication with supervisors, and maintaining a safe, compassionate environment. Experience is welcomed but not required; training will be provided to the right candidate, including health screenings and background checks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to understand residents’ needs and respond with compassion.
• Willingness to train and learn safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
