Job summary

ExpertCare seeks reliable caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients’ homes across Southeast Michigan, helping individuals succeed and grow their personal goals. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities while occasionally bringing clients into the community.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training, flexible schedules, and weekly pay. A virtual interview process and various benefit opportunities are offered to join a caring, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes to support and encourage them.
• Assist with skill-building activities to promote independence.
• Bring clients into the community to help grow personal goals outside the home.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes to supervisors.
