Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will be in clients' homes, supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill-building activities. You may also accompany them into the community to help grow personal goals outside of the home.

Full and part-time positions are available. Paid training, flexible schedule, weekly pay, and interview flexibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Accompany recipients to community activities to support personal goals.
