Job summary

FirstLight Home Care of Valparaiso is seeking a Caregiver / Home Health Aide to provide compassionate care to seniors and adults in their homes. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and independence, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

You will work closely with clients and families, documenting changes and coordinating with supervisors to ensure high-quality support and meaningful interactions each day.

Role Overview:

As a Caregiver / HHA at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and reliable care to seniors and adults in need. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients and their families to ensure comfort, dignity, and safety within their homes. Whether you work part-time or full-time, you’ll have a flexible schedule to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Employment Type & Availability:

This position offers both Part-Time and Full-Time options and requires availability throughout the week, including weekends.
