Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide empathetic, resident-centered care.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment for residents and team members.
