RWJBarnabas Health in New Jersey seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiothoracic Step Down Unit on Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. The role involves caring for patients recovering from cardiac or thoracic surgery, with three 12.5-hour night shifts weekly and every other weekend/holiday rotations.

Applicants must hold an active NJ RN license, IV certification within 90 days, BLS, and ACLS within orientation. A BSN is preferred and telemetry or stepdown experience is valued.

Competenze

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• IV certification required within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within orientation period (90 days).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in surgical stepdown or Telemetry.
• Proficiency with EPIC or similar EMR systems.
