St. Joseph's Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care/Cardiac Stepdown unit on-site in New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering care using the Nursing Process and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to meet unit goals.

Qualified candidates will hold NJ RN licensure, with BSN preferred, and must obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS through the American Heart Association within one year of hire. This is a full-time day shift position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required by the State of New Jersey.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be completed within one year of hire.
• PALS certification per American Heart Association requirement stated for 2019.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Department of Nursing on the Cardiac Stepdown unit.
• Support unit goals and philosophy through consistent nursing practice.
