Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide training and create work schedules for the team.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee questions, requests for time off, and concerns.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging growth and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
