Qualifications

• Previous experience in Asian cuisine, specifically Pho and Ramen, within a retail or restaurant setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Train staff and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address disciplinary issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety targets are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee requests and time-off needs.
• Mentor staff and support career growth within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
