Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience.
• Demonstrates commitment to Prep’s mission and values, including diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Willingness to undergo background check and Safe Environment training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine neighborhood patrols and monitor parking in accordance with the neighborhood agreement.
• Communicate with Dean of Students and security lead daily; assist in maintaining a visible campus presence.
• Enforce garage rules (speed, parking) and minimize neighbor tensions.
• Monitor on-campus and building safety; report incidents to Dean of Students or authorities.
• Escort students/visitors as needed and perform locker searches or searches of property.
• Provide after-hours support for events and emergencies; participate in drills and evacuations.
