Job summary

Campus Services Group is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain clean, safe floors across campus environments. The role covers stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning, with evening hours Mon-Fri 3-11:30pm at the Gwynedd Valley, PA location.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; training is provided. Must lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and pass a background check. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; training provided.
• Experience in floor care or janitorial services preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate and maintain specialized floor care equipment.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with students, staff and guests.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks: stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning.
• Safely operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers and burnishers.
• Ensure floors in public and private spaces stay clean and maintained.
• Follow safety, infection control, sanitation, and hazardous materials policies.
• Respond promptly to floor care requests and communicate with staff.
• Perform light janitorial duties as needed.
• Collaborate with supervisor and team; pursue continuous improvement.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
