Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with one year related experience.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems maintenance.
• ADA standards for equipment mounting and safety practices.
• Ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Performs specialized custodial duties including cleaning, refinishing floors, restrooms, and stock management.
• Performs preventative and maintenance repairs on lights, plumbing, HVAC, and furniture; reports complex issues.
• Maintains custodial equipment and vehicles, including fuel checks and routine servicing.
• Assists with general custodial coverage and related duties as needed.
